As part of a final-year university project in Football Business & Marketing, this concept explored how the NFL could expand into the Argentine market through a culturally rooted brand collaboration with Nike.
The project was built on a localisation strategy. Focusing not on generic outreach but on identity, pride, and cultural synergy. Drawing from Argentina’s Gaucho spirit, the project imagines a limited-edition product rollout across three cities: Buenos Aires, Rosario, and Córdoba.

/ Design
All visual assets were created using AI design tools to simulate what an NFL x Nike collaboration might look like in Argentina. These included:
Yerba mate cups, engraved with verses from the legendary Gaucho poem and numbered 1–1834 per city
Limited-edition jerseys and outerwear, blending Nike silhouettes with Argentine patterns
Box packaging and drop visuals, designed for OOH and street marketing
AI was used to bring these ideas to life quickly and visually, allowing for rapid iteration while staying grounded in the campaign’s cultural direction. Tools such as Chat GPT supported the design execution, while the creative strategy remained entirely human-led.

/ Result
The final output demonstrated how generative tools can enhance branded storytelling within a sports marketing context.
While this project was academic, it serves as an early example of how AI-assisted design can support a global expansion strategy especially when balancing visual impact with cultural relevance. It laid the groundwork for future creative case studies, where AI becomes a tool within a bigger strategic vision.
